We are hiring enthusiastic Tamil Voice Process Executives with prior experience in the Life Insurance domain . The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with insurance-related queries, and providing accurate product information. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in Tamil and a basic understanding of life insurance products.

Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil.
• Explain and promote life insurance products to customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate policy information.
• Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.
• Achieve daily / weekly targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
