Telesales Executive

Role Description

As a Hindi speaking Telesales Executive, you will be the voice of the brand, responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls, assisting them with their queries, persuading them to make purchases, and following up on pending payments.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products.

Handle incoming inquiries related to product features, prices, and orders.

Follow up on leads, assist in closing sales, and update order statuses.

Call customers for payment reminders and follow-up on pending dues.

Maintain daily records of calls, conversations, and outcomes using CRM or Excel.

Communicate offers, discounts, and new launches effectively over the phone.

Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order status and delivery updates.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Basic English and / or regional languages is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer handling.

Comfortable using mobile phones, Excel, and CRM tools (training will be provided).

Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have :

Prior experience in cookware, kitchen appliances, or e-commerce sector.

Understanding of online payment methods and handling payment queries.
