Job Description :

We are hiring dynamic and target-driven  Telesales Executives  for deployment at  City Union Bank  (Adambakkam branch). Candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products over the phone.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card, personal loan, and other banking products
• Understand customer needs and explain product features and benefits clearly
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of calls and sales and update CRM regularly
• Follow compliance and quality standards as per bank norms
