Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female telecaller to join our team in Madipakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Tamil communication skills and be comfortable making outbound calls as well as handling incoming inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate products and services.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information regarding products and services.
• Maintain and update customer databases and records.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by management.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the management.

Skills and Qualifications

Salary : 10K fixed per month plus incentives.

Work Location : Madipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Work Timing : 10 am to 5 : 30 pm (Mon to Sat working, Sunday Holiday)
