We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, with a passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Should have good communication in english.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with potential clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively over the phone.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
