Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Middle East Africa IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of ERP systems, particularly SAP S / 4 HANA, and a deep knowledge of service processes. This role will be instrumental in driving digitalization within the Service domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Requirement Gathering : Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Solution Design : Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement effective IT solutions that support Service operations.
- Testing and Validation : Develop and perform test cases to ensure that implemented solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
- Documentation : Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborator Management : Effectively communicate with collaborators at all levels, encouraging positive relationships and addressing their concerns.
- ERP Expertise : Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP S / 4 HANA, including its core modules and functionalities related to Service.
- Operations : Offer and assist with user training as needed, encompassing root cause analysis, incident management, and process improvement
Skills Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Service Management, Customer Relationship Management, IT or a related field..6 to 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in a Service domain.Expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP S / 4 HANA and C4SSolid understanding of service processes, including customer service, field service, and service contract management.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio).Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Skills Required
