IT Business Analyst III - Service

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Middle East Africa IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of ERP systems, particularly SAP S / 4 HANA, and a deep knowledge of service processes. This role will be instrumental in driving digitalization within the Service domain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Requirement Gathering : Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Solution Design : Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement effective IT solutions that support Service operations.
• Testing and Validation : Develop and perform test cases to ensure that implemented solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
• Documentation : Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborator Management : Effectively communicate with collaborators at all levels, encouraging positive relationships and addressing their concerns.
• ERP Expertise : Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP S / 4 HANA, including its core modules and functionalities related to Service.
• Operations : Offer and assist with user training as needed, encompassing root cause analysis, incident management, and process improvement
