  • Job Description :

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and ITOM (IT Operations Management) model experience.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the implementation, migration, and maintenance of IT services and solutions.

    Business Analyst with expertise in Requirement gathering, solution analysis and realize the changes in effective & efficient way.

    Having in-depth understanding of the ITIL processes, hands-on expertise and delivering projects in the domain of :

  • Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, and applications.
  • Implement best practices for form design and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to form functionality and performance.
  • Conduct testing and validation of developed forms to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow forms and applications.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow features and functionalities to recommend improvements.
  • Gather data and analyze business and user needs, In terms of Functional and Non-Functionals.
  • Complete the requirement analysis to ensure that the solutions being designed are Available, Stable, Performant, Usable and Maintainable.
  • Work closely with Business, Architecture, Development and Testing teams in doing detailing the process and the solution.
  • Enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs.
  • Apply ITIL best practices to improve and streamline IT service management processes.
  • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • With good understanding on the Technology evolution, SAAS solutions, advise the business in adapting to the right mix of fit for purpose solutions.
  • Identifies opportunities for asset reuse that reduces overall solution cost and development time.
  • Perform the validation of solutions is being built / realized, together with the business process Responsible.
  • Together with the project team you put the solution into production and roll it out in the :
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including scripting, O-Auth and API configuration, and workflow design.
  • Hands on experience in :
  • 1. Creating ServiceNow form UI2.

    2. Studio and flow designer.

  • Creating UI Policy and Client scripts.
  • API integration with ServiceNow.
  • Configurations in mid servers.
  • Configuring connections and credential.
  • Creating ATFs.
  • PowerShell and Active Directory.
  • Bachelors degree in science / engineering / business administration, or equivalent experience in related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience and 4- 8 years of experience as Business Analyst / Solution Analyst role.
  • Strong knowledge on any one of the platforms / packages (Ex : ServiceNow).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITOM model.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and other relevant modules.
  • Good inter personal skills (Communication, Collaboration, Openness, Transparent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
  • Skills : ServiceNow, ITIL, ITSM, Solution Analysis.
  • Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) Preferred.
  • Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator (CSA).
