    Role Overview

    We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, mentoring team members, and delivering a top-tier experience to high-end property seekers in Gurgaon.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive end-to-end real estate sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
    • Present and pitch luxury residential and commercial projects to prospective buyers and investors.
    • Conduct site visits, property tours, and client meetings with professionalism and precision.
    • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to align on qualified leads and market strategies.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and project launches in Gurgaon.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor performance and pipeline status.
    • Key Requirements

    • Proven experience (1+ years) in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or commercial segments.
    • Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle high-value clients.
    • Deep understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market is a major plus.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
