• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals efficiently.
• Provide detailed information to customers regarding pricing, legal aspects, and project specifications.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management for promotional strategies and sales campaigns.
• Ensure smooth documentation and agreement formalities for clients.
