Primary Title : Real Estate Sales Executive
About The Opportunity
A fast-growing player in India&aposs real estate brokerage and property services sector, focused on end-to-end property sales across residential and commercial segments. We deliver localized on-site sales experiences, curated property portfolios, and transparent transaction support for buyers and investors across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own on-site sales for assigned territories : source and qualify leads, conduct property tours, and convert prospects into buyers.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial enquiry and site visits to negotiation, documentation, and handover—ensuring a smooth buyer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and local stakeholders to generate repeat and referral business.
- Maintain and update accurate records in CRM; track pipeline, forecast weekly / monthly targets, and report performance metrics.
- Prepare persuasive proposals and negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve target closing ratios and revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with local property regulations and documentation standards (RERA and other applicable requirements).
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have :2+ years of field sales experience in real estate or property broking (residential or commercial) in India.Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to handle objections and close under pressure.Hands-on experience with CRM tools and basic sales reporting (pipeline management, forecasts).Familiarity with property documentation and RERA guidelines; comfortable handling KYC and legal paperwork.Preferred :Local market knowledge and an active network of prospects, builders, or channel partners in assigned city.Multilingual proficiency (regional language + English / Hindi) to engage diverse buyer segments.Experience with digital lead tools, WhatsApp-based customer engagement, or online listing portals.Benefits & Culture Highlights
