Job Title : Sales Manager
Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Working Days : Monday to Friday (9 : 30 AM 6 : 30 PM)
Notice Period : Immediate joiners or up to 30 days preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a high-performance team. You will be responsible for developing strategies, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet KPIs
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign alignment
- Handle key accounts and high-value clients directly when needed
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT.
- Prior experience in managing a sales team is mandatory
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
