Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving / exceeding sales quotas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B sales process, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successful sales in a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and developing strategic relationships with the Channel partners of Gurgaon market in residential project of Dwarka Expressway.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate companys project to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals that are compelling and tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms of agreement & ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies and channel partners.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, pre-sales, post-sales) to ensure alignment and enhance sales efforts.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Real estate industry, Hospitality, Aviation.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software e.g., Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel within the defined territory within Delhi NCR primarily Gurgaon.
  • Must have his / her own personal vehicle for traveling .
