We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team in Delhi. This full-time on-site role requires developing effective sales strategies, conducting in-depth market research, identifying potential clients, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will set and monitor sales targets, analyze sales performance data, and provide regular reports to senior management to drive business growth and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Provide coaching and development to improve team performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
- Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Set realistic and challenging sales targets for the team. Monitor performance regularly and take corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze sales data to track progress against targets, identify gaps, and generate actionable insights. Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts and enhance overall customer experience.
- Lead high-level negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships. Maintain clear and effective communication with all & Skills :
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and market research.
- Strong skills in identifying potential clients and managing client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in sales data analysis and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the investment banking or financial services industry is a significant advantage.
