Role Description :

Job Title : Key Account Manager (Customer Success)

Location : HSR Sector 3, Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience : 1 to 4 Years

CTC : ₹4 to ₹8 LPA based on experience

We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven individual with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to join us as an Account Manager at DealBerg. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in key account management and should be based in Bangalore and be comfortable with English and Kannada. Experience in e-commerce and related industries is desired.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth
  • Analyse account performance and provide regular reports
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services
