Role & responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
- Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Coordinate with HR for seamless onboarding of new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance regarding recruitment and employment.
