We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is for a dynamic and experienced professional who will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across global regions, ensuring high-quality and timely hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes across global geographies.
- Source top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to global hiring managers and business leaders.
- Operate effectively within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
- Partner with HR and business teams to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Manage recruitment SLAs, pipeline reporting , and overall process hygiene.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the TA function.
Skills Required
Postgraduate or MBA (preferred).Proven experience in global talent acquisition , including sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and offer closure.Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.).Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage international stakeholders across time zones.Strong process orientation and ability to work independently.Willingness to work in the 12 PM - 9 PM IST shift to align with global teams.Skills Required
