Job description1–2 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition (internship / fresher experience will also be considered). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially over phone and video calls. Eager to learn recruitment processes and develop sourcing strategies. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities. Positive, self-motivated, and naturally skilled at building relationships.

Salary range : Rs 800000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 8-12 LPA)

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
- Write and publish clear, engaging job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate and long-term requirements.
- Track, manage, and report recruitment activities against hiring goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards at all stages.
