Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

- Experience with ATS platforms and HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)
