Job Details :
Work Location : Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad
Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience
Shift Timings : US Shift Hours (flexible, typically 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. IST)
Work Model : Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert support for our core Enterprise ServiceNow platform.
- Deliver configuration tasks and implement new features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with scoped application teams to handle integrations and plugin installations.
- Efficiently triage and resolve incident tickets related to the platform and hosted applications.
Mandatory Skills :
Certification : A Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a must, with a Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification being strongly preferred.Relevant Experience : At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Software Engineer.Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.Technical Skills :
Expertise in JavaScript and GlideScript for scripting and customizations.Proficiency in configuring and developing platform features, including Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflows.In-depth knowledge of core ServiceNow modules like IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).Hands-on experience with Service Portal development, including widgets, pages, and AngularJS.Experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.Familiarity with the Agile / Scrum development methodology.Required Qualifications :
A minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.Certified Application Developer (CAD).Certified System Administrator (CSA).Preferred Qualifications :
4+ years of in-depth ServiceNow experience, particularly within the financial services domain.Certified Implementer in ITSM, ITOM, and Core Platform.(ref : hirist.tech)
