Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules, scripting, and integrations, along with hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, or related areas.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and assist with UAT to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide support for ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment plans.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and ensure compliance with governance and security standards.
