About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with strong integration experience to join our dynamic IT team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that streamline IT service management and enhance operational efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON
• Implement and maintain ITSM and ITIL processes within ServiceNow
• Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow functionality
• Ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and documentation
