Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Mentor and support junior team members through knowledge-sharing and code reviews
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom apps, workflows, and UI components
  • Drive scripting and integrations using Glide, JavaScript, and APIs (REST, SOAP)
  • Build and maintain custom Service Portal components (Widgets, Pages, Themes) using SCSS and AngularJS
  • Deliver ITSM and CMDB solutions involving process design, data modeling, and integrations
  • Leverage Now Assist and Virtual Agent capabilities to enhance end-user experience

Required Skills :

  • 8+ years in ServiceNow / ITSM development roles
  • Strong scripting and integration background (JavaScript, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub)
  • Hands-on Service Portal development experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead small technical teams
  • Nice to Have :
  • Familiarity with Now Assist features
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-GRC)
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum-based delivery models
