We are seeking an Assistant Manager HR to support the Human Resources function and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, managing employee relations, and supporting various HR programs. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of HR policies and a proactive approach to ensure all HR operations are compliant and efficient.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Manage the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Relations : Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and issues, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Management : Assist in the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- HR Administration : Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR reports, and assist with payroll processing. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
- Training & Development : Coordinate and support training programs and workshops for employees.
Skills Required :
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills Required
