JOB PURPOSE :
The PPC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production planning, scheduling, and inventory control to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. This role will ensure timely execution of production plans while coordinating with multiple departments, including Production, Quality, GFRC, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, Sales Execution and Marketing to meet customer demands efficiently.
Job Purpose :
Responsible for the effective and efficient management of all human resources activities within the manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
This includes managing employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Recruitment & Selection
- Implement the Recruitment Process in the Organization
- Prepare JDs and get them approved for new Positions
- Cost effective recruitment processes.
- Work with Hiring manager in understanding the Resource needs
- Identify and screen prospective candidates based on Job requirements and Job specification.
- Coordinate & organize the interview as per the schedule.
- Salary Negotiation & Salary fitment.
- Take necessary approval from Competent authorities before issuing the Offer Letter.
Joining & Onboarding
Conducting Joining Formalities of new entrants.Assurance of proper documentation of new joinees.Interacting with newly selected employees to explain them the company policies and business.Responsible for the induction of new entrant in the organization.Preparation of induction schedule in coordination with all the functional heads departments.Sending data to payroll for personal file managementCreation of mail ID, coordination for Laptop, seating arrangement, stationary, landline.Arranging the ID cards / access cards.Issuing the Welcome kit to the new joinees.Employee Relations & Compliance
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.Maintain open communication with employees and management.Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies.Providing advice and support to management on industrial relations issues.Training & Development and Performance Management
Identify training needs and develop / implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Facilitate training sessions and ensure effective knowledge transfer.Promote continuous learning and development within the plant.Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.Administration
Manage HR-related administrative tasks, such as employee records, attendance, and leave management.Prepare reports and presentations as needed.Sop framework and implementation of same with respect to safety, Gatepass, transportation, canteen and other site facility arrangement & management.Ensuring adherence to company safety policies and environmental regulations.Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Skills Required
