We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to serve as our Plant HR Head . The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded HR professional with a strong focus on Industrial Relations and Statutory Compliances . You will be responsible for managing all HR functions at the plant level, from manpower and payroll administration to employee welfare and legal matters, ensuring a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- HR & Manpower Management : Oversee all core HR Functions , including manpower management and training & development . You will be responsible for planning and executing HR strategies to support plant operations.
- Industrial Relations & Employee Welfare : Manage Industrial Relations and Employee Welfare initiatives. This includes handling day-to-day employee grievances and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Compliance & Legal Matters : Ensure strict adherence to all Statutory Compliances . You will handle Legal Matters related to HR, as well as the administration of Contract Labour Management .
- Administration : Manage Payroll Administration and contribute to overall Facility Management to ensure the plant's smooth operation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar HR managerial role, preferably as a Plant HR Head .In-depth knowledge of Industrial Relations , Statutory Compliances , and Contract Labour Management .Experience in manpower management , payroll administration , and training & development .Skills
Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Expertise in legal and compliance matters related to HR.Effective communication and organizational skills.Skills Required
