Iskraemeco by Kaynes Technology is looking for Commercial Executive for Kolkata location.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Sales Order booking in ERP system
  • Customer accounts reconciliation, bill submission, payment follow up
  • Maintain Tender sheet daily
  • Prepare cost sheets, price comparisons, and profitability analysis.
  • Manage contract documentation, approvals, LOI / PO acceptance, and commercial clarifications.

Essential Skills : .

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint;
  • familiarity with tendering formats.

  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Desirable Skills and Experience :

  • Exposure to government e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, MSTC, etc.).
  • Personal Attributes :

  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Strong long-term commitment to making the company a success.
  • Qualifications : B. Com

    Experience : 2-5 Years
