Sales and Business Development

Responsibilities

• Possess an Engineering degree, preferably B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil
• Desirable : Excellent communication skills and knowledge in Hazop, QRA, SIL, process safety, and logistics safety
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Specialization or diploma in Industrial Safety is preferred
• Strong working knowledge of HR disciplines, especially in Learning & Development
• Demonstrated initiatives in employee engagement and content writing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working across teams and externally
• Ability to build trust, ensure confidentiality, and maintain a balance of firmness and diplomacy
• Strong organizational skills with a hands-on, practical approach
• Capable of working independently, handling pressure, and managing multiple tasks
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
• Proactive change agent who brings creative and effective solutions
