Devise strategy to expand Dominos footprint in the allocated region by identifying prospect trade areas, securing right locations and opening stores to aid growth.Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities through site visits, site selection metrics and criteria, demographic analysis and research to get right locations for the brand.Evaluate existing stores to drive relocations, rent reductions and recommend renewals / terminations and negotiate renewals / extensions to deliver savings to franchisee and own stores.Identify and tap new business opportunities of increasing the reach and penetration via relevant strategic tie-ups and evaluate unique / different formats of outlets across the region / circle.Monitor and ensure timely completion of the investment and development within the established budget and schedule Role & responsibilitiesSkills Required
