Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) with 3+ years of experience in the
bus or commercial vehicle industry to drive regional growth. The ideal candidate will have a
strong understanding of bus operators in their region, expertise in intracity and staff
transport, and solid analytical skills for route-level business math.
Key Responsibilities :
Achieve regional sales targets by promoting Electrigo’s leasing, maintenance, and
charging-supported bus solutions.
Build and strengthen relationships with bus operators (intracity, staff, and intercity).
Analyze regional operator landscape, map opportunities, and track competitor
activities.
Conduct route-level analysis to support business cases for operators.
Collaborate with OEM partners and internal stakeholders for deal closures.
Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.
Requirements :
Graduate / MBA with 3+ years in bus / commercial vehicle sales.
Strong network and understanding of regional bus operators and fleet dynamics.
Good knowledge of intracity and staff transport operations.
Analytical mindset for route and cost-benefit analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.
