Area Sales Manager uPVC Profile

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales and market expansion for our uPVC profile business in Hyderabad and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong dealer / fabricator networks, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive sales growth and market share for uPVC profiles in the assigned territory.
Build, manage, and expand dealer, distributor, and fabricator networks.
Maintain long-term client relationships and provide technical / after-sales support.
Conduct market visits to identify opportunities, convert leads, and monitor competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills :

6 to 7 years of proven experience in uPVC profile sales or building materials.

Strong market understanding, negotiation skills, and network in Hyderabad.

Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently.

Education : Graduate in any discipline (Preferred : Masters in Mechanical, Civil, or Marketing).
