About the Role

We are looking for a motivated On-field Sales Representative (Area Sales Manager) to drive sales and build strong business relationships in the B2B segment. The role involves regular interaction with retail outlets, showrooms, OEMs, distributors, architects, and interior designers to promote premium European interior and architectural hardware solutions.

Success in this role requires excellent communication, proven sales acumen, and a strong industry network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Visits

• Conduct regular client visits to retail outlets, showrooms, OEMs, distributors, architects, and interior designers.
• Identify and acquire new customers to expand the client base.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing while addressing client concerns.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to close deals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
