Area Sales Manager - Hyderabad (Cleaning Industry)

Position Summary :

We are hiring a Area Sales Manager to drive our Telangana and Andhra Pradesh business from Hyderabad. The role requires leadership in sales operations, customer acquisition, and managing a team of field sales engineers, with a focus on industrial cleaning solutions and equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Grow business across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh for industrial cleaning equipment.
• Supervise, mentor, and track the performance of sales engineers.
• Develop relationships with pharma, IT parks, manufacturing, and facility management companies.
• Organize product demos, trials, and technical training sessions for clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Prepare sales strategies, forecasts, and regional performance B.E. degree (Mechanical / Electrical preferred).
• 6-10 years of experience in sales of industrial cleaning solutions / equipment or related industries.
• Team-handling experience with strong leadership ability.
• Knowledge of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh industrial markets (Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijayawada).
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
