Objectives of the role
- Work closely with senior HR managers to better understand the hiring needs of the company across various verticals and roles
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, as a talent acquisition specialist, HR head-hunter and HR recruiter
- Foster and build relationships with potential candidates and effectively use the database to fill in existing roles
- Coordinate and partner with the talent acquisition team to design and execute recruitment strategies
Responsibilities
Design and implement overall recruiting strategyWrite and post job descriptions, and frequently engage with prospective candidates on various hiring and social media portalsScreen incoming resumes from potential candidates and maintain the application forms and database through the entire span of the hiring processIdentify future hiring needs and collaborate with senior HR managers to work toward the samePerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board / social ,media etcSource and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etcScreen candidates resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesOnboard new employees in order to become fully integratedMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processDetermine Applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants , analysing responses.Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirementsNegotiating for offer salaryRequired skills and qualifications
Min 2-3 years experience as a core recruiterPrevious work experience as an HR recruiter or a similar role in HR talent acquisitionOutstanding oral, written and interpersonal communications skillsKnowledge of productivity software, database management and internet search methodsExperience working with computer systems for HR and navigating job boardsShould have detailed knowledge and understanding of all IT skillsShould have hands on experience with different job portals like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin and other Major portalsDesired candidate must have demonstrated his expertise level in Domestic Staffing. Should have strong experienceand proven track record in end to end Non-IT Recruitments.
