We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
