We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with job boards and social media recruitment strategies.Skills Required
