We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various positions, ensuring the organization attracts and selects the best talent available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Maintain candidate tracking system and ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
2-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.Skills Required
