This role is for a Tele Caller who will primarily focus on managing customer queries and promoting products / services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, providing advisory services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
- Provide advisory services via phone to customers.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism .
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements
Minimum qualification : 12th pass / Graduate .Good communication skills in English and Hindi .Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).Prior experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude .Preferred Skills
