We are looking for a dynamic Tele Caller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing them with information about our real estate services, and helping them navigate the property market. This role is perfect for freshers / entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about real estate services.
Assist clients in understanding the real estate market and available properties.
Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up with clients after meetings.
Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and maximize lead conversion.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Basic knowledge of the real estate market and property types.

Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections effectively.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English and local languages is a plus.
