Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist- Non IT Hiring, located in Delhi. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting for non-IT roles. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, employer branding, and hiring. The specialist will also be involved in strategic planning for recruitment efforts and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities : Minimum 2 years of Non IT Recruitment

• Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability for positions.
• Create and post job descriptions on appropriate job boards, social media, and company website.
• Present job offers to selected candidates, including compensation details and benefits packages.
