What will you do
Build, lead, and coach a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting for the US marketSet and track team KPIs—meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion ratesCollaborate with Marketing to optimize outbound messaging and campaignsDrive adoption of tools, processes, and cadences to improve productivityProvide regular coaching, call reviews, and 1 : 1s to elevate performanceBe hands-on in key accounts and outbound experiments to lead from the frontPartner with Account Executives to ensure high-quality lead hand-offsReport performance metrics and insights to GTM leadershipWhat will make you successful in this role
3–6 years of experience in outbound SaaS sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership / managerial roleProven ability to coach, build, and scale SDR / BDR teamsDeep understanding of outbound sales strategies, ICP targeting, and CRM hygieneExperience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.Strong analytical and reporting skillsHigh ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work US hours and lead by exampleWhat will your first 90 days look like
