RWD Manager

Experience required :

1. Prior team leadership experience

2. At least 10 to15 years of experience working with real-world data for use in pharmacoepidemiology research with good practical knowledge in biostatistics applied to clinical / epidemiological research

3. Expertise in R & SAS including SAS Base, SAS Macros, SQL, including certain SAS STATS procedures. Proficiency with other programming language (e.g. Python) is preferred

4. Certification and Expertise in IHD is preferred.

5. Experience with statistical analysis of real-world data, proficiency with some of the commonly used statistical methods in RWD

6. Deep Knowledge of different Therapeutic areas to translate insights into impact

• 7. Big and Unstructured data curation, wrangling & exploration; Ability to identify noise in the data via asking the right questions to transform it into a consumable format;

8. Identify the right Analysis to get meaningful insight and interpretation.

9. Identify the right medium (through visualization, or tables or stats analysis) to communicate results to non-technical person for effective decision making

10. Experience of using digital tools (AI / ML) to automate processes and build self-serve analytical dashboards, passionate to further explore the potential of digital tools to bring efficiencies to business.

11. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

12. Innovative mindset and willingness to challenge status quo, solution-oriented mindset

13. Fluent in written and spoken English to effectively communicate and able to articulate complex concepts to diverse audience

14. Experience of working in global set-up and managing stakeholders effectively

15. Experience of using technologies to bring efficiency as well as in simplifying processes
