Required Skills & Experience
1.Sales & Pre-Sales Experience
Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales rolesDemonstrated customer conversion success across enterprise accountsSkilled in inside sales enablement , lead qualification, and opportunity nurturingExperience conducting pre-sales discovery calls , demos, and solution walkthroughs with CXO-level stakeholders2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ability to work closely with account managers to shape customer strategy and drive pipeline velocityPartner with digital marketing teams to align campaigns with technical messaging and product positioningCollaborate with data research teams to tailor outreach based on industry-specific pain points and use cases3. Communication & Enablement
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for technical and business audiencesExperience creating sales toolkits , pitch decks, and value proposition briefsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into customer-centric narratives4. Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of SAP architecture , integration strategies, and solution positioningProven experience with Microsoft Fabric , including OneLake and Power BI integrationStrong command of Microsoft product stack : Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Purview, and CopilotFamiliarity with data governance , AI / ML use cases, and cloud-native open Fabric, databricks and snowflake analytics5.
