Job Summary :
- Coach and develop a team of Expert Sales Executives (ESEs) to achieve prescription leadership and in-clinic effectiveness.
- Ensure regional growth and business achievement through team performance.
- Analyze business reports to develop actionable plans (e.g., marketing campaigns, segmentation & targeting).
- Responsible for overall supervision and control of ESEs.
Job Purpose :
Supervise and develop ESE team to drive execution of organizational strategies for desired business outcomes.Support Regional Expert Sales Manager (RESM) in implementing key marketing interventions aimed at healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other stakeholders.Establish and optimize distribution structure in alignment with business segment needs, in coordination with RESM.Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a team of ESEs to meet regional plans and targets.Coach and develop ESEs to deliver exceptional HCP engagement and in-clinic effectiveness.Ensure accurate segmentation and targeting of HCPs to focus on relevant experts for GSK products.Foster a high-energy, motivated team environment; work to maintain low attrition rates.Analyze area data (e.g., IQVIA) to derive insights and drive performance improvement.Implement quarterly and annual expert activation plans and manage budgets effectively.Ensure adherence to Haleon Values and Compliance policies.Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and senior HCPs, especially in top 40 towns.Requirements :
Full-time MBA from a premium institute.Minimum 1+ years of experience in people management.Skills Required
