- Client Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Sales and Revenue Growth :
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Present and promote company products / services to existing and potential clients.
- Customer Satisfaction :
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and issues.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication :
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure client needs are met.
- Communicate client feedback and market insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Reporting and Analysis :
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
