Summary : - We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager with deep experience in the fit-out industry. This role will play a critical part in identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value commercial interior projects by leveraging industry connections, market intelligence, and a consultative sales approach.
You will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic client relationships (including real estate developers, corporate clients, PMCs, and architects), and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored design and execution solutions.
Experience Required : 8+ years in business development or sales in interior design, architecture, or construction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a structured business development strategy focused on corporate workspace design, turnkey interiors, and build solutions
- Identify and target potential clients including corporate occupiers, developers, real estate consultants, architects, and PMCs
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation and qualification to proposal, pitch, negotiation, and deal closure
- Collaborate closely with the design, pre-sales, and project teams to create compelling technical proposals and presentations
- Represent the company at industry events, networking platforms, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming real estate developments
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to generate repeat and referral business
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of business development best practices
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)Minimum 8- 10 years of experience in business development within the real estate / interiors industry.Strong network and client base in the commercial real estate and workplace interiors domainProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a project-based environmentExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate technical solutioning with creative and delivery teams.Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office toolsAbility and willingness to travel as requiredWhat We Offer :
