Location : Thane, Maharashtra

Experience : 5 - 6 years

Salary Package : 8.0 - 9.0 Lakhs Per Annum

Office Timing : 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM (Monday to Friday, and 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays)

Weekoffs : All Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturdays.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Executive to drive our international business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our API exports by leveraging their in-depth market knowledge and strong client relationships. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with a solid background in Pharma API exports, looking to contribute to our global growth story.

Key Responsibilities

• International Business Development : Identify, target, and onboard new international clients and distributors for our portfolio of APIs and Intermediates.
• Market Analysis & Strategy : Conduct thorough research and analysis of international markets to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. Provide insights to shape export strategies.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing overseas clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales & Order Processing : Handle export sales inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and manage the order-to-shipment process efficiently.
• Documentation & Compliance : Ensure all export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Analysis, etc.) is accurate and compliant with international trade regulations.
• Communication : Serve as a key point of contact for international clients, addressing their technical and commercial queries promptly and professionally.
