Job Title : Officer / Executive - Exports

Department : Export / Import – Logistics

Location - Kandivali - West, Mumbai

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience - 2 - 4 years

Role

  • Preparation & Monitoring Online Advance Licence, with DGFT & Customs based on :

Norms -

Deemed Export –

Loan Licence -

  • Preparation of timely Redemption of Licences.
  • Preparation of Closure of Bond / LUT with Customs
  • Licence with Government Departments.
  • Preparation of Revalidation / EOP Extension / Invalidation / Enhancement
  • Preparation of Export Incentives.
  • Updation of Advance Licence details in SCM
  • Online Modification / Preparation of IEC with DGFT for IPCA / Makers / Trophic Wellness
  • Updation of Import details for Advance Licence in SCM
  • Submission of Re-Export letters to DGFT
  • Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports
  • Monitoring Scheme Adjustments as per Packing List Received from various locations .
  • Checking of Import Documents as per Purchase Order and clearance Instructions Received from Commercial Team.
  • Follow up of Import Consignments with CHA.
