Position : Senior Executive / Asst. Manager – Export Sales
Industry : Industrial Tools / Metals / Mining Equipment
Experience : 5 – 10 years in Export Sales / International Client Handling
Qualification : Graduate / BE Mechanical preferred
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing global customers and build deeper account relationships.
Respond to RFQs / pricing enquiries, share quotations & drive conversion.
Track shipments / logistics and provide proactive delivery updates.
Monitor & follow up for timely payment realization (advance / LC / TT).
Resolve quality issues by coordinating with Purchase / QC teams.
Analyze monthly purchase trends of each customer — identify repeat order potential.
Maintain MIS : sales pipeline, order status, gross margin, variance analysis.
Prepare monthly sales performance reports for management review.
Handle full order lifecycle — from PO receipt to final dispatch & documentation.
Required Skills
Strong communication with international clients (email + call)
Excellent follow-up and time management
Hands-on experience in Incoterms, export documentation, BL / Invoice / Packing List, Certificates etc.
MS Excel (Pivot, Lookup)
