Job description
  • strong experience in Exports (International Business documentation, coordination, compliance).
  • Proficient in SAP, especially SAP MM (Material Management Module).
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Proven problem-solving ability in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of inter-departmental coordination and customer service.
  • Functional Deliverables (Minimum 5 – In Order of Priority) :

    • Knowledge of the Chemical / Pharma Industry and its compliance requirements in exports.
    • Expertise in international business documentation, including LC, Bill of Lading, shipping documents, customs clearance, etc.
    • Strong communication skills to liaise with overseas clients, logistics providers, and internal teams.
    • Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple departments (Logistics, QA, Finance, Production).
    • ERP Knowledge – preferably SAP MM, to handle orders, invoicing, tracking, and reporting.
