Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager - Real Estate located in Mumbai. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring properties, negotiating purchase terms, conducting due diligence, and maintaining a strong network with property owners and real estate agents. The candidate will also develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet organizational goals and support the growth of the property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying and acquiring properties, negotiating purchase terms, and conducting due diligence
• Excellent networking skills with property owners and real estate agents
• Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
