Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sourcing Manager – Sales to join our team at Kalyan West. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Thane and Navi Mumbai real estate markets, with the ability to generate business through broker networks, channel partners, and direct client interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants in the Thane and Navi Mumbai markets.

Drive sales sourcing activities through local market connections and ensure consistent lead flow for residential and commercial projects.

Develop and execute strategies for channel sales growth and market penetration.

Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective partner management.

Organize site visits, property presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.

Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in the local real estate ecosystem.

Participate in local property exhibitions, promotional events, and networking activities to enhance brand presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, or brokerage management.

Strong market knowledge of Thane, Navi Mumbai, and nearby regions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Candidates from builder firms, channel partner companies, or real estate consultancies preferred.
